There is a trade section for this kind of thing. Not sure if you meant to post this there or just didn't know. At the top, click the "Trades" button and post it up there.

Yeah, take this stuff to Steamtrades, this may get you a suspension

firstly if you won it on a giveaway you are not allowed to use it in other then your account
secondly if you can't activate it contact the giveaway creater, if he can't solve the problem after a week from the giveaway's end mark as not received
thirdly trades section is in here, not on discussions...

Ok sorry then, i created a new post on trade section, already contacted the giveway creator but no response. Thx for the interest :)
