Got a few on show on my profile. Winning a legendary campaign on Shogun 2 is up there, a bunch of Stanley Parable achievements are rare. I have quite a few under 1%.

I don't really hunt achievements, but apparently mine's Bunnyslayer (1.1%) from The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing. Quite frankly, it's easy as hell to get so I don't even know why so few people have it.

777- win fuel on the first try (killing floor) 1% of players have this.
They dont pay us enough - finish the heist with all loot (and the nukes) (payday 2) 1% of players have this
There was a car? - finish the heist without using car (payday 2) 1% of players have this

im not sure about payday 2 achivements though. my steam says that 1% of players hav this but maybe my ui is broken. so if its realy 1% can anyone confirm it for me?

They just recently switched BioShock 2 from GFWL to SteamWorks a couple years ago, so I'm guessing not a lot of people have played it since then.

Its actually not that rare, 0.56% from Torchlight II. The achievement its called 'Guzzer' and consists, basically, in drink a looooot of potions. Its not hard, just requires lots of potion drinking with several characters. Eventually will pop up.

"Some Room Left in Hell" & "We Got This!" - both 0.01%

Kill Uber Damien of Hero Siege. Only 0.57% of the players have it.

Probably Trine Kaput? (Complete a level with only Amadeus, a level with only Zoya and a level with only Pontius) in Trine 2.
