Finally I managed it to get a key, but then Steam told me first a few times the key is invalid, then the key is already used. :-/

After restarting Steam it accepted the key.

Either they've sent out the same key to multiple people, maybe even old keys from last time, or people got the keys and used them before this promotion even started.

I didn't get even a dupe, just a plain old 404 page. -__-

I don't know if someone else noticed, but someone posted in the comments a sign-up for a class-action.
about 30 seconds later the web page was taken down!
