It works in Europe, that's for sure. I'm fairly certain it's not region locked at all, since GMG doesn't mention such thing.

Well I already opened a giveaway for it, so we'll see. If the key isn't redeemable in the US and the winner is American I'll probably end up buying it right off steam for him.

I dont think the key is region locked. Its just that UbiSoft has contract with GMG to not sell in the US
