Group and private Giveaway CV

I read all that was in the FAQ and forums, still want to ask with people who have been around a while longer.. because i am still a little confused.

Lets take a non-bundle games as an example.. If i create a GA with a game of worth 20$ for example, it doesn't matter if that GA is Public, Group or Private ?

I will get the same amount of CV added in any case ? or I wont get any CV if i make it Private or group ?

So long as it has more than one entry you will get CV.

so private public or group GA type has no effect on the CV right ?

It doesn't matter as long as there are at least 2 entries. If you only get 1 entry, you get no CV regardless of the given game's bundle status.
