The doctor must have some way of getting inside your head, because I can't see how that second stage can be solved otherwise :-)
EDIT: OK I got 3 of 4 questions on that HELLO ITH, I think I'm going insane...

At first, I thought it was going to be a game where the little man is running away from the spheres (trying not to get squished). D
