Are Foil Cards count as drop card?

To drop Foil cards in some game I need to have some card drop remaining? Or it's not counted as regular card drop?

afaik it's counted as regular drop card
so if you have no drops remaining then no foil card for you

Yes, a regular drop. Otherwise you would have endless idling.

Foil Cards are a regular drop, but you have to be at least Steamlevel 10 to have a chance to get them

Masterbot was was right but they changed it today, any level can get them now.

That sucks. Would've probably waited the extra week. Meh, likelihood of getting them was slim anyway.

Still got $7 for 11 regular cards.

Yeh, I just got one; used one of my drops for sure. If you ran out of drops, don't bother idling for foils haha!
