how many time it takes now to unlock the cards of the games?

Well basically the title question, i remember that before it takes 30 minutes every card, however i don't know if the actuality it's the same or take more time etc...
anyone know the answer?

also any easy way and safe (not ban) way to unlock them without play the game etc....

I'm not sure about the exact time, but you could use https://github.com/JustArchiNET/ArchiSteamFarm
to farm the cards. It's 100% safe.

it will stay 30 minutes for the first card mostly, unless you have asked refund. thus it will take at least 2 hours for the first card.

Developers choose from range 10min - 2hr per card.

Most of the time 30 mins for the first card but it doesn't always work the same way for every game. Sometimes you will drop you first card after like 5 hours for the 1st one and it will take a lot of time to get the other cards (it was like that when I played FFX).
If you win a card and you still ask for a refund for the game you will keep the card (it will be untradable but you will still be able to craft a badge with it, pretty weird..)
