Playstation users got season pass revoked when free, same will probably happen here. If it was an Xbox 360 item though thry couldn't revoke it.

I don't know in the past they let honest mistakes go, although I'm sure this mistake will cost them thousands of dollars and likely something they'll consider revoking..

Already own it on PC, though I do have the Xbone, so I went through with it. was still 0.00 at confirmation and is reported as ready for download. Might be revoked, might not, but certainly worth the try.

I don't think the mistake was so bad that it would cost them millions, the number of downloads probably didn't even reach 10.000, it was solved pretty fast anyway.

it was tempting but:
1) I don't have an xbox one
2)didn't do it because it asked for a credit card, and I don't wanna get charged in ANY circumstance even by accident-customer service in every single company and bank are awful

Nah, Origin has got a pretty good support team at the moment, better than Steam anyway, there are stories out there in which they even gave out free games to customers that encountered even the smallest problem.
