Question about Reus

So I see a LOT of giveaways for the game Reus which I've wanted for a while now. If I click on "Bundles this has been in" on Enhanced Steam it brings me to google. Why are there so many giveaways for this game? Is there some place where I can get this too? Thanks in advance <3
