Buying the base game plus those two is only 8c cheaper than the DE. At that point you may as well just get everything.

Knife of Dunwall and Brigmre Witches are SP. Dunwall City Trials is a trial mode that like MP a lot of people would probably choose to skip. Void Wallers Arsenal is the pre-ordered packs and includes extra currency and skill items which is barely a step up from cosmetics.
Buying the base game and the two SP campaign(s) is only $0.08 cheaper than the DE. Basically, you forgot to account for Bethesda pricing in your formula. As far as Bethesda goes it's almost always cheaper to buy the complete pack, even when you already own the base game and just need the DLC.

For sure, worth it if you have not played the game yet.

Hi everyone!
I'm going to buy Dishonored (it's actually on sale) but I hesitate between normal edition and the definitive edition. My budget is tight and I would like to know if definitive edition worth its 6+ euros ? Should I take the Normal edition ?
Thanks!
