Hmmm.. Bug or mistake?

So I purchased the Indiegala "Get over it" bundle today for USD $2.... Added the games to my account except the ones I already had... and Lo and behold... Steam gifted me with a copy of frozen synapse prime in my library (as expected) but also a copy in my inventory with a 1 month wait time before becoming tradable/gift.
Anyone else had this happen?

Some games give extra copies, it's normal.

That happens with key copies for that game.

If you check Steam page of the game, it says "Includes two copies..." next to buy button.
IndieGala doesn't mention this for some reason.
