Rome 2 Total War Region Lock

Hi 1 mounth ago I buy rome 2 total war gift whit keys (trade).And I add the game in my libbary right after buy it.But now they said its gonna be region lock in some country and my county in that list too.I live in Turkey.

So I already download pre-load too but do I be able to play when its release ? ( sorry for my awful english :)

And it says your key will only work if it's from a Turkish retailer.

"Also, copies purchased elsewhere in the world outside of those regions listed, will not work within those regions."
Their explanation is very straightforward.

When I add the game in my libbary there was no region lock or something like that. Should I contact steam support ?

You can always try, it won't hurt. It can take awhile before you get an answer though and since it's a traded key I doubt they will be of much help. But who knows, the game might work anyway.

as I understand if you traded Rome II gift bought in Turkey - it's ok, if not - it will not work. but nevertheless talk to Steam Support.
