Nuuvem won't allow non-Brazil purchase?

Was trying to pick up some of their Black Friday deals and the store now says that I cannot purchase from the region I am in (specifically xcom)? Is this new? Anyone else having issues? Thanks

Depends on game and publisher. For example all EA games are blocked (but region free). But some games are region locked, they have an additional (Brasil tag), like SR4, so you might want to double-check with SteamDB. All other keys are usually ROW.
