Should i buy the Borderlands 2 Season Pass?

I have the Tier 2 Borderlands bundle, which has base game, 2 character packs and creature slaughterdome. Buying the season pass and collectors edition pack should complete the GOTY right? Or am i missing something if i don't buy the GOTY?

Since this way SteamDB can tell you which DLCs you own or not.
