Calling out people is against steamgifts rules. Read FAQ, please.

Edit: I am not aware that GTA V also comes with a GPU purchase though. If that's the case, I stand corrected.

Unfortunately, you can't alert people about scammers on SG. All you can do is make a http://steamrep.com report on him.

And if you would check him on steamrep first, you'd notice he already have 2 reports about scamming.
