Roses are red / Violets are blue / Will you be buying this bundle too?
I think I'm enjoying these 'higher quality games but one expensive tier only' bundles more than your average SG user but lets be real, they could've easily put some of these in the 1$ and BTA tiers. I guess 1$ tiers just aren't profitable enough for them, even with the forced minimum 30% of the bundle cost going to Humble.

I mean, come on. 3 games in tier 1 split across HB, charity, and 3 publishers. gives ~$20 for each of them. With 10k buyers you're looking at maybe a sum of $2000 (before tax). Unles you're a 1 guy indie studio with no marketing hoping for money for this month's rent, this amount of money makes very little difference to you, while basically depreciating your game's value for a long time, and many buyers not buying in the end, casue they'll hope for a game to appear in an even better bundle in the future
Which, on 2nd thought, might actually happen, since at this point you might feel this is the only remaining viable way for you to get money - split revenue from bundles and some people buying your game 2nd or 3rd time just to get the other items.

yeah :(
never cared about T2 personally as T3 always seemed like the best option and for some reason I've always seen them hike price of T2 after every couple hours.

I've heard good things about Max Gentleman Sexy Business, but that is literally the only game here I have any interest in. Pass.

Already have Sucker For Love (surprisingly good VN; the humor is great, the horror is great, and Nyanlahotep is extremely freakin cool), only have one game on my wishlist (Kaichu, because reasons). Maybe if the bundle was cheaper overall, I'd cave and buy. But as-is, nope.

I remember the great Steam Christmas Sale of 2011. You collected coal for every achievement, and every coal was an entry to win every game on Steam. Some guys figured out that the Humble Bundle that happened to be running alongside the Steam sale had several games with achievements that counted for coal. Cue people making new Steam accounts en masse, buying one-cent bundles for each account, getting the achievements/coal, and then hoarding all the coal. I think the guy who won the grand prize was someone using this method.
It was because of that event that Humble Bundle introduced the $1 minimum for Steam keys. It all went downhill from there.

love may be in the air but sales and decent priced bundles are not

This is like a 4..99 bundle. It isn't better than the $10 simple life bundle, even though it's $12, and it doesn't come close to the $15 bundle. I get it they're different genres, but nothing here has me like "wow that's pretty cool". Can't say I play many visual novels, especially steam ones, so I'm definitely a little biased, I'd play more if they were good though. They'd have to add like 9 more games to get me interested in this.
All unbundled so maybe there's someone who wants them, but I'm especially not feeling this one. The survival instinct sold 80 000 bundles, and simple lift did 15 000, curious where this ends up, currently heading towards 1900.
