As a heads up: when redeeming the key you can choose from different versions as mentioned in the OP.
The european version (English GB,Français,Italiano,Polski,Русский) is uncensored and includes German as well even though not mentioned. You can change the language in the Origin launcher.
The German only and French only versions are most probably censored. Not sure about the "English US,Français"-version.
Since it is an old game, you might have to look for different fixes to get it to work. The EA forum and PC Gaming Wiki helped me since at first it didn't start at all on my Windows 10 system with a 8C/16T cpu and I had to use a fixed exe-file and also I had to manually change the config-file to get it to work in 1080p:

Yeah, up to 4 cores work, more than 4 cores not without fixing the exe or other tricks to reduce the amount of available cores before starting the game. The GOG-version for example already has this fix included.

I live in the UK, I've had no issue getting this game. It took me seconds to log in with my account and somehow it worked from UK to DE easily. I wish best of luck to anyone who want to grab this gem. Played it before, wanted to own it too.
Once you add the code, please be aware that it will ask you in what language you want it. From there on it's up to you. I chose the 3rd, which contained English and many other languages.

You can turn the Origin version into a GOG version

played that game not long after it came out and really enjoyed it. considering my backlog i don't plan to revisit it, nor do i have any interest in using origin. i definitely recommend the game at that price though!
