Deleted GA creator

Won a game during christmas event from a user which appears now as deleted-[numbers]. Is it possible account can be reinstated in the future, or should I mark as not received and carry on?

Mark it as not receievd.
Deletion of an account is permanent, see: https://www.steamgifts.com/account/privacy/delete-account
