I enjoyed all the Final Fantasy series up to but not including 12.
I really enjoyed the Seiken Densetsu series. It's a shame Legend of Mana was pure crap compared to the earlier games, and the ones that followed were even worse.
I really enjoyed Lunar 1 & 2.
I'm guilty of enjoying the grind that is the Disgaea series.
I enjoyed the earlier Pokémon games, but lately there's just too much math involved for me to truly enjoy them.

Lots of fans of JRPGs here, I see. I'm more of a fan of western ones, Fallout (especially 1 and 2) are my all time favourites.
Out of recent titles I have to say that the Shadowrun games deserve a lot of love due to great writing and an interesting world.

The Batman series is crazily good! I haven't played Arkham Origins but I really liked all of them thus far

DA:O is definitely the best game in the series, I've played it so many times!

ah yes, i didnt have that problem because i looked up the order in which you should do the maps, and so i had a lot of fun with the combat, also the banter and the characters were great... also yes a lot better than DA 2... 2 isnt a bad game but it certanly wasnt a good one either, maybe if they would have charged a lot less... but something good came out of it

Elder Scrolls. Let me be honest - Skyrim. I'm basic as fuck, I know. I like Skyrim though. ;_;

Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning™
Not technically a franchise, because there's only one game, but yeah.

Ultima series
Might & Magic series
The Bard's Tale series
Fallout series
Wasteland 1 and 2
Baldur's Gate series (heck, any of the Infinity Engine RPGs!)
Heck, a whole bunch of RGGs from my C64 days.;)

Final Fantasy 6-10 (played probably more then half way through FF12 before getting lost and not knowing what I was supposed to do X_X)
Grandia 1-2 (still want to play the original + museum on Saturn, but I need to get gud at Japanese first...)
Ys Seven and Origin (I have more, just need to get around to trying them. Might play through Origins again with a different character first)
Kingdom Hearts 1, CoM, BBS, 358/2 Days (Didn't like KH2, and haven't played 2.8 or DDD)
Some other rpgs I really liked that either aren't part of a series or which I only played a single entry from:
Panzer Dragoon Saga (played the whole series, but this is the only rpg in it)
Skies of Arcadia (Dreamcast version)
Persona 4 (PS2 version. I want nothing to do with Golden after they changed voice actors, or the various spinoffs)
Parasite Eve (real shame about the sequels, first one remains among my favorites in the genre through)

Another 'no poll since there are too many' topic.
I admit the earlier Final fantasy games
Phantasy Star
Might and Magic (NOT the Heroes series)
Edit- I forgot the Elder Scrolls
