where to get Manhunt 2? PC Version uncut?

im looking for manhunt 2 other than amazon.com cause it's only downloadable there and i cannot buy from there cause i dont have a credit card....

do you know some page where i can get it with paypal etc.?

also, is the pc version uncut? i read that the console versions have the executions cut.

IIRC, there is a patch for the PSP version to restore cut content.

There is a PSP version? Is it playable? I have played The Warriors on PSP which was good but I am not sure about Manhunt, I hope Rockstar starts giving the Vita some love, it will drive me to buy one..
