I've not experienced any problems no, because I've no intention to spend any euro on Kinguins. I'm not saying that this site is a scam, for sure, you will receive, everytime, the keys you've paid, but the real question is: "From where come the keys they are selling ?".
Be reassured, that's not what I'm thinking about Kinguins only, but about almost ALL the key RESELLER in the internet (I'm insisting on "reseller" because there is a real difference between a "seller" like Amazon.com, and a "reseller" like Kinguins and co.).

i bought a few games from them and received working keys for all of them.
The site is like ebay for cd-key unoficial retailers. It's a bit risky to buy there but not much as long as you don't pre-order stuff and look careffuly at what you are buying.

when I preordered Watch dogs year ago, sent email day before release date to remind them (they didn't know what was I talking about, playing stupid that I didn't pay them yet), I recieved key after 10 days of Watch dogs official release date, because of already activated key they sent me. Ofc if I wouldn't make lots of frustrating emails with pitiful proofs to their customer support and customer support on Ubisoft (customer service was nice and quick there), I wouldn't still have that game right now. Bought other game and it was fine, just don't preorder something there or they'll forget about you for sure.

In case you are wondering if this site is trustworthy, I can tell you I bought over 10 games there, never had a problem.
Edit: Just make sure that what you buy is for STEAM (if that's what you're interested in), because they also have Uplay only/Origin only/Battle.net only KEYS/GIFTS.
