Just to clarify: You're asking if it is possible to use the same mobile Authenticator (or SDA / Winauth) for multiple Steam accounts ?

Yes you can put 2 or more steamaccounts on 1 device. But if you get a ban, all accounts will be banned the same time

But you can only use 1 device for the authentication at the same time per account

Okay I'll explain it better here. There is a program called "Authy" Humble bundle uses this to verify when you log in if it's you. When you log in you get a code sent to your mobile phone. I was wondering if it was possible for example to have 2 humble bundle accounts linked to 1 mobile phone.
