full bundles are not listed but you can giveaway one-by-one
you can also contact support to add the bundle but i'm not sure how much time they take
OR if you dont really care about cv and levels you can create a giveaway from one of the games listed on the bundle but provide the full bundle to the winner

Unless a tool is created for moderators to add custom bundles, I don't foresee complete bundles being added to the games list. There hadn't been any added in over a year. I think the last ones were HIB6, or maybe the first Humble Deep Silver bundle?

It is hard to remember, but I do not think there has been a bundle that has multiple games in one key recently that would justify adding anything like that anyways. As each bundle now has separate keys for each individual game.

You can create a giveaway for one game from the bundle, then give the winner all the other games from the bundle as well.
As long as you give them the game the giveaway was "officially" for, there's no rule against giving them other stuff on top of that.
(Or, of course, you can give away the games individually if you want the bundle CV.)
