So, I'm thinking about giving away a few keys of Resident Evil Revelations 2: Episode 1 (not the full game).
Can I select this Resident Evil Revelations 2 given by steamgifts - https://store.steampowered.com/app/287290/

Because I see another available edition which is the complete edition. To avoid any issues later, I just wanna confirm if this is the right thing to do.

Yes, you are right. For double checking: Penal colony has only 6P to enter, so check it when creatig giveaway. And don't forget about regional restrictions.
