My givaway winners won't leave feedback :(

Ended 1 day ago and 4 hours ago. You have to be more patient, they have 1 week (!) to give feedback. Also, please read the FAQ. I saw your other thread, and the answers to both of your questions are answered there.

They have 7 days.

Send a support ticket after 7 days of the end of the giveaway if the winner doesn't toggle received. Attach proof of your sending the gift if the game isn't publicly displayed in the winner's Steam profile.

They have 7 days to confirm the gift. You can ask them nicely if you know they've already activated the gift to remind them. Otherwise, you will have to be patient.
