Help with steam region lock...

Well...my friend want gift me 3 or 4 games in steam but..he lives in south America so...region block.

He can enter in my account and buy the games for me? (I try to buy the games with the Debit Card of he but is impossible because i dont live in South América)

He could buy the games from stores like GMG, Gamersgate or even Nuuvem for some games.

GMG and Gamersgate sounds a good idea he try to buy in Nuveem but he dont have Paypal account he try to create a new one but in the country of my friend only 1 bank work with paypal (Stupid I know but true).

Uhmm, i guess that for Steam it's something like use a VPN to get a lower price. This could cost you a ban. :/

If you really want to risk a ban, i suggest you two to close all client and browser tabs of Steam, do NOT use the Steam Client, but a browser like firefox or chrome with an anonymous window (So, no previous cookies at all) and after he buy the games, close everything and get back to your account in your country. Or if he can buy the games from other sources, he can try official keys reseller sites (GMG, GamersGate) or Kinguin, G2A.

Well i have 370 games xDso.. dont want take the risk but thanks for all dude :)

I try to talk with my friend and get the games in GMG/GamersGate or another key store.

Yes, have your friend buy it from a store that sells to your region instead of trying to get it cheaper from his locked region.
