you cna use usb one but if you use it in a hub make sure that is the only one in it

I have to get and integrated wifi/bluetooth adaptor don't really know how to call it :S Supposedly motherboard already supports Wifi no? and bluetooth doesn't? But it's not very fast no? I need a good Wifi and bluetooth adaptor at good price, to integrate on my PC. I need one integrated because I had bad experience with USB ones and seems they're more slowly working and also if motherboard supports it, it's a bad support no?
