did the price of ToD really raise that much? I've never met a trader that would do such a deal about half year ago

2 ToD ≠ 1 tf2 key, nobody gonna give you a key for 1 ToD, because it's losing money, but 1 ToD = 0.5 tf2 key becaue of trading, but you can't replace a key to 2xToD.

1 TF2 key, plus a Tour of Duty Ticket, or approximately 1.22 ref I think.

One Tour of Duty ticket is actually 0,4 key, but some traders accept it as half a key. Also 4 refs can be used in this situation.
