a script request - add a small sgtools button on winner page

So, like the title says.
some background:
a. i think using sgtools filter is wrong.
b. however, i don't think people should go unpunished when they ignore the sites rules.
c. no, i don't see anything wrong it that...
d. before you bl me, some light reading

so, can some wizzard yes, double z on purpose make the script? shouldn't be too hard.
hell, a better one would be to make the site query on it's own, just green or not green and an option to check... but i keep my request modest ;)
