By the way, you forgot to say that it's a mod.

THIS IS A MOD FOR JUST CAUSE 2. YOU NEED THE BASE GAME FOR IT TO WORK.

Did you try uninstalling and reinstalling Half-Life 3? If so, try ordering another copy if it doesn't work.

Anyone who doesn't have JC2 should definitely buy it. It's a very fun game... the beginning is a little forced (that parachute landing took me six tries... yes I suck...) but once you get past all that, you can go wherever and do whatever. Best if you get the pack with all the DLC, some of that extra stuff is really fun. It regularly goes on sale for $4 for the base game and $6 with all the DLC—the latter is what I paid.
