Well i'm really tired of play Rocket League.... i can't take anymore of this game and his bad matchmaking, so i need another multiplayer game.

so i ask to all of you that recommend me a multiplayer online game, no need to be about cars, any multiplayer that have nice graphics / people playing it and isn't very old.

(sandbox isn't my preference of multiplayer, but if have nice combat and isn't a grindfest game like Black desert online i maybe can make a try.)

i tried a lot of the most know multiplayer games.... and i can only buy from steam store, so i need that this game is on steam for buy.

if you recommend me a game please tell me a bit about this things:

1-what tipe of game is it
2-good history (in case of MMORPG game)
3-what about cheaters??? it's full like the last COD game or CS:GO game or just a few sometimes...

thanks for the help!!!!! also taking profit of the post and steam sales....
Name one game, JUST one game that anyone should buy yes or yes (however not because it's at 90% discount, but because it's a jewel game, a fantastic game, that game that you should play before die even if only have 10% of discount and IT ISN'T AN INDIE GAME)

thanks for read my message and take your time for recommend me a multiplayer game.

there are still many people playing kf1 and considering the huge loading times of kf2 usually one gets to be able to play kf much more than kf2. kf2 is a dumbed down shit designed "game" and that's more of a moneygrab microtransaction shit than a game

So did I fuck up by buying this game during the sale? :/
I haven't really downloaded it yet so I'll have to see for myself I guess.

kf2 has the whole lootbox bullshit thing and if you don't have an SSD it will take several minutes to launch and then several minutes again to load maps. kf1 has paywalls too but not in the form of lootboxes (there are special characters, weapons and weapon skins from exclusive promotions, promotions like buying another of their game, and "regular" paid dlc in steam store). performances are rather garbage and gameplay is inferior to that of kf1. lootboxes aside you could still probably find the game a bit fun at times and at least play it a few hours by the time you check up the different classes

I really enjoyed playing The Division so I'm just going to recommend it. There's also a The Division 2 but the game isn't on Steam (yet).

  1. It's an open world, MMO third-person shooter. Has both PvE (co-op supported) and PvP modes (restricted to specific zones), and focuses on cover-based shooting. Story-driven as well.
  2. Yes, the game is great enough that Ubisoft made a sequel :)
  3. No cheaters that I've encountered but the Dark Zone (PvP zone) is rife with conflict. You might want to avoid that place if you don't have a friend or friends to explore the zone with.

R6 Siege if you like FPS. I've spent hundreds of hours playing and haven't gotten bored of it like I usually do of other shooters. Not too many cheaters, I haven't ever ran into one personally actually. And it IS on sale now so.

You dont like it because its kind of a awfull game now, its been getting steadily worse and worse, thanks to both players and devs, and esspecialy the focus on competetive cancer esport tryhards who meddle with the game too, i dont blame you for not liking it, used to love, i loathe it now, they even removed support for Dual Core 2 Cpus so thousands of people like me cant play anymore anyway.

killing floor 2 never fails to deliver tons of fun. and blood.

factorio is great fun as well but for multiplayer you should play with people you know. otherwise your factory can get pretty messy fast.

tropico 5 (not 6!) is big fun in multiplayer as well. however i'd recommend playing with and not against friends. it's way more fun to focus on city building than combat.

I greatly enjoy Arma 3. It is both SP & MP.

  1. FP/3P milsim, but with mods you can turn it into a RPG, there is a DLC for racing go karts, exploring beautiful islands, mods galore (I have over 700 hours in-game, and have yet to touch the campaign). This is a game that you can play--depending on the settings and the mods--as a casual game, or as a near mil-sim--or anywhere in between. I highly recommend the MP mod Player Unknown's Battle Royale, the MP mission King of the Hill (KOTH), the SP mods Bounty Hunter Malden (by GrandElemental), and BRSE by gtaboncer.
  2. It is an alternate future-history, but you can play mods to fight the Vietnam War, WW1 KOTH etc.
  3. No official hacks or cheats. In KOTH, some players occasionally do, but when reported, they get banned, and the mod teams are good about banning cheaters. Same goes for BR.

yeah the problem with that game there's toushand of DLCs.... i hate that if they aren't in a collection for buy at a cheap price, and the map is to big, feels like a battle royale game (they aren't my taste "shooters battle royale") i'm more of fast paced shooters like CS:GO , black squad (full of cheaters.... it's a shame....) COD games (however i don't buy them anymore because cheaters and because they don't do nothing VS them)

I can honestly say that KOTH is a fast-paced mission that requires 0 DLC. The way the DLC for Arma 3 works is that the content is there in-game for everyone (no "you can only join this server is you have DLC), but if you lack the DLC there is a DLC vehicle, you can ride in--but not drive/fly or gun it; you cannot pick up DLC weapons. You can wear DLC armor, if you don't mind seeing an ad. Obviously, if you own some DLC but not others, the content of those some is unlocked, while the others are not.

I bought it for $13 a year or so ago on sale, and enjoy it quite a bit.

Yes, people play at any hour, at the time when I play (8 P.M UTC+01:00) there are about 40 - 60 people so there always way to have fun.

"And the Lord spake, saying, 'First shalt thou take out the Holy Pin. Then, shalt thou count to three. No more. No less. Three shalt be the number thou shalt count, and the number of the counting shall be three. Four shalt thou not count, neither count thou two, excepting that thou then proceed to three. Five is right out. Once at the number three, being the third number be reached, then, lobbest thou thy Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch towards thy foe, who, being naughty in My sight, shall snuff it" ;)

Love Final Fantasy XIV, perhaps the only MMORPG now that is getting better and better every expansion instead of worse. Lots of playerbase, decent story, amazing soundtrack, veritable amount of post game content to enjoy and animeeee, what's not to love? :P

Edit: Oh forgot to mention a new expansion is looming, literally one day to go so best time to jump in now to those that are remotely interested in the game

I was thinking about picking up this game, but it seems that I have to subscribe to a monthly "subscription" to play multiplayer, that true?

Permalink

Comment has been collapsed.

Yes, the game has a subscription; however, you can enjoy the trial/demo version (free) for as long as you like until you finally decide if you want to continue playing or not. Trial caps you at half the max level but you can try out all the base game classes. PvP and a few other features are open to trial players as well.

+1 for FF XIV

Eh... I have a love for Dota. You might want to give it a try. It's a MOBA, so no grind. Game lasts between 30 to an hour (Usually 45 mins) It's free so give it a try.

Hackers... instantly get banned, but there are some bugs (Usually gets patched quickly)

Just don't blame me if you get addicted.

All is good, except for the elitist player culture and player toxicity.
Just need to get used to it, or learn to abuse the mute feature. Otherwise it's a good game.

I have spent a lot of time and money into this game.

Iam mostly a coop gamer, so i mostly recommend coop games.

Insurgency Sandstorm, relatively new, is a Semi-realistic Egoshooter, it has a 8 player coop but also has competetive gamemodes with up to 32 players

Risk of rain 2, it has some comic and plain grafic, but can be fun with up to 4 players
