Yeah it should go down, I'm waiting for it as well. The complete CS pack has been down to 5.00 (USD/EUR) in the past.

Then I'll wait too. Do you think the L4D + L4D2 pack will get cheaper too ? 10€ would make me buy it, but it's 15€ right now. (Same for CS:S, I want it for 5€, not 10€)

Yes, you can expect most games, including L4D 1&2 to go down to 75% off. Exceptions to this rule are the very cheap games and the new releases.

Regarding CSS/1.6, all things considered I think I'm gonna skip them and get CSGO directly since it's just a month away now. I won't have time to play everything.
