the first episode was really good. it was in a bundle, so if you are interested - maybe you will find still a cheap copy here somewhere (of course, it would be an incomplete experience then, with only the first episode).

Why would they be crying about it? If your giveaway is before the 1st of July when the price glitch happened it doesn't affect you. And if it's after it happened it was totally expected.

It was a very short one, lasted like 10-15mins only but in RUS-CIS it was like the equivalent of 70 cents, close to $3 for the rest. So it was near certain it'd go to the bundle list on the next update. It was also all over the discussions and a lot of giveaways for it mentioned it in their description or early comments so most people found out.

Just happened to me earlier today. In my case it was Shadows of Mordor.
It really sucks you know, because I actually checked the bundle list before buying it, and it wasn't there. I just feel kinda.. betrayed? I know it sounds stupid but I was aiming for level 4 to join a group and to get downleveled back to 2 after hitting 3 just makes me feel sad and like I've wasted a lot of money xD

i know the feeling i blew a lot of money getting to level 7 and really pushed for like three months straight of buying up multiple copys of bundles to give away to make it from 6-7 and have lost level 7 three times now:(

Seems a case of bundle games having unbundled value for some longer time. In reality you got more than what should have been which gets corrected then. Always check SGT values to notice that, so it won't catch you off guard.

Nope... ended up loosing about $120 again today and lost my level 7 for like the fifth time lol and my "gifts sent" total went from $8000 something down to 6000 something, if i didnt know better i would think a mod is fucking with me at this point lol

That's probably because of Daedalic games, the Armageddon bundle was on sale again so the games were valued at $150 each, now the sale ended and they returned to their normal value.

yea its weird the daedalic games do that during that bundle im sure that likely explains the gifts sent total dropping like that and im guessing the lost CV is likely from price drops or something..damn steam lol =(

Both the total and CV drops are probably due to this, even if they are bundled with this bug it's still ~$20 of extra CV per game, so if you gave away a few ones it can make a real difference (I went from 9.20 to 9.15 now that it's back to normal).
It's not just this bundle, it can happen with others too. Every time a game is cheaper in a bundle than on its own, the Steam API will report the price of the bundle for that game instead of the correct price.

yea very frustrating sometimes ill get dropped down to level 6 and give away a ton of games and think im back to about 7.1 again thinking im safe from dropping levels again and then boom back down to level 6 a few weeks later lol this has happened like 5 times now very frustrating haha. not that i should really care its not like it matters much and i usually don't even notice it for a few days til a friend posts a level 7 Ga and i cant enter lol.

I have no idea, it seems every game of yours has the correct points on them - maybe something was mistakenly inflated, then got back to the correct price? I guess none of them got marked as not received, as you'd notice it

Arrgh, I also spent a lot of time trying to find something cool in the summer sale for a giveaway,
only to find out now that "Fable" has been put on the bundle list retroactively (it wasn't when
I bought it and created the giveaway). Not cool.
I wish there was any better way to find out these things before spending
my Steam wallet on stuff where a bunch of cheap bundle games could have given the same CV.

Yeah I know, CV shouldn't matter so much .. and normally it doesn't for me. But sometimes I want to see some progress
in level as well, especially when spending a lot of time trying to find something in the summer sale that'd be a little bit more
more unique and rewarding the same time. So even when CV is not my primary concern, it still has kind of a bitter aftertaste.
