Basically title, between this and that how much does a company spend on their network infrastructure in a small-to-medium business? (I realize this is a HUGE factor depending on the company, but an overall average is what I'm looking for)

My estimates on a budget was $13,000 wireless

way too many variables. depending on circumstances, your budget may not be wrong
I priced for a tech startup I was involved in and we worked out $20,000

From my memory, only for NETWORK, I think I spent like 5k for pure cable network - not including wireless. Wireless can be much more expensive, not to mention interference issue and disconnection.

Always go cable anyhoo for enterprise, save wireless for extremely difficult approach.

(except hotspot, cuz that's wireless is for)
