I hope you are checking the "Under $10" tab on Steam, as well as GamersGate and GreenManGaming. Lots of games go on sale without fanfare, and you can pick up expensive titles for $10 (or less) if you pay attention. I bought Tomb Raider for $7.50, for example.

I've already prepurchased it but yes, I agree with MrC. Papers, Please seems like a good choice.
