I'm trying to convince some of my friends to join this site. I was wondering if there was any type of refer code that I could give them so steamgifts knows that I refereed them.

Why would steamgifts care if you refer them?
But that's a no, they don't have that feature. Don't bother suggesting, they don't care. Not because it's pointless, but steamgifts don't ever bother with suggestions
