Anyone else having problems redeeming codes the last few days? I keep getting a new error, "Failed to redeem code" not the usual "code has expired" error.

If you're on Chrome ,try clicking the 'eye' in the address bar and then click "site not working" to allow cookies.
It worked for me .
Sadly it's not the only reason but might be worth checking.

So, I wanna share something that happened regarding the new Steam policy on Gift Codes.
Recently I won a 10$ code from Lootboy (actually 10€, as many of you know by now) and I couldn't use it, because of the new rules.
What I did was contacting support. After a few days, they gave me a new code and asked me to try again. I did and it worked!
Now, the interesting part is that it wasn't in my currency (BRL). The code was actually HK$ 80, which is very weird. But it worked.

I'm from Turkey. Somebody posted here said activated dollar converted into euro that's why i said maybe works for US & EU only. I was able to redeem keys in past. There was a store lock for my country but wallet code lock is new they recently changed it apparently. Guy above me from Brazil but was able to redeem Hong Kong wallet code so it's a different lock i guess. We can learn more about it after some people outside of US & EU experience it maybe.

It look like we (Russia) don't have any shops where we can buy wallet codes in RUB - this is according to this article.
At least we can buy Steam Wallet funds as a gift :)

Question was rather clear and unambiguous. Not "where currency X is used", but "where X currency wallet codes are sold. But answer was given not for the written question, but for a question in a mind of person answering.

I don't think there are online platforms selling wallet codes disregard of currency. Those codes meant to be sold only as physical gift cards. And according to steam help pages those are not sold in Russia (or any other ex-USSR country).

Seems like Lootboy has started to offer daily deals that are available for 24 hours.
Todays deal is Iron Danger for 1,99€.
Might be interesting, if you didn't get the last Daedalic Humble Bundle(Tier 3).
But since it's Daedalic it might also just pop up in another bundle very soon :P
I also don't know if this is region restricted...might be only available in Germany.
