Support helped. I got the key with a new card in the inventory.

Happened to me too, wrote to support. They haven't thought it through because it frightens users. This one (completion message) will be deleted and correct card will be send during one day after completion.

Just subscribed and bought it also.
Verification took around 4 hours then the notification had come to the app that it was successful.
Then the only available button was shred the card to get a reward and I've pushed it.
it made me nervous but in about 10 minutes card with the key appeared in my inventory and key was successfully redeemed.

i had to check the code 3 times XD

Contact support. I guess it's a game but the image and title got swapped with another prize, it happens sometimes. Support will fix it or give you 125 diamonds, whatever fits.

It means that you won 125 Diamonds, they should have been automatically added to your diamonds, the card stays in your inventory, as a souvenir :P

I've had this happen to me before, the most I've ever earned by opening a premium lootcard was 200 diamonds.

If you haven't received the diamonds, save this card and as they told you, contact support.
