Do they provide a Steam code? It says it's a "PC Download" for "Windows" but no mention of how they provide the game :/

[For anyone wonder if u just buy the base game later the DLC, looks like you wont receive the Dragon's tooth DLC. But, buying Prince's Edition is confirmed received]
