What do you do while downloading games?

Steam doesn't use all of my bandwidth (not even close), so I pretty much just do whatever, including download other games from other places like Desura...

Huh? I do the same things I do at any other time. Downloading doesn't alter the rest of my life.

It barely uses my bandwidth. I either play LoL(40-50 ping when downloading).. or chatting, steamtrades, youtube.. etc

Downloads usually only take but a few minutes, even for games that weight double digit GBs, so I just breathe a bit.

I don't wait. I use steam remote installer if I want to play something when I get home

Pinky and I often devise a plan to take over the world while waiting for a game to download.

Do assignments, laze around, read stuff, watch stuff, etc.

Play some offline or single-player games. I usually turn my PC off at night so I can only download stuffs while playing.

Sleep, play other games, get drunk, watch TV, check out some obscure porn websites

Play other games that don't need an internet connection.

I play other games on Steam.

Pro Tip: Start your download as normal. Once you start another game on Steam alt-tab out, pause, and then resume your download then alt-tab back in. Hey presto! Steam downloads while you play Steam games.

I usually download a small game, 1 gb or less that's really fun. And I play that game while downloading my other big games.
