I just read this "If you had any chargebacks or refunds that would've caused your point balance to go negative, then emoticons, backgrounds, badge levels, or even games you've purchased with the shopping cart discount may have been removed from your account."
Problem is I didn't do any chargebacks or refunds, did they mess up and gave me more points than estimated and decided to take it all back? If so then why am I not hearing more people having this issue?

It has to do with the Summer Sale points Shop. I had over 10,000 points, I spent them all, raised my steam level to 50, bought some backgrounds, bought a blue portal frame and some other stuff, I equipped them and everything. Today I woke up, and they are all gone, my steam level is down to 49, but I have 936 points left. Like WTF is happening to my profile?
