Can I buy CS keys from the market without owning CS:GO?

Hi guys.

Sorry for the newbie question. Must I own CSGO in order to get CSGO keys from steam market? I bought CSGO keys without owning the game and about 12 hours later, they still do not appear in my inventory.

Has anyone here bought keys without owning the game?

Yes. They should appear in a special tab in your inventory just for CSGO items. If they're not, I'd contact Steam support.
