Trine 2 Complete Story

I played both and I think Trine 1 was better!

It now includes the Goblin DLC.

Dwarven Caverns DLC added to Goblin Menace DLC so it made its price go up a little bit I guess.

Goblin Menace is included with this version.

The Dwarven Caverns has been added to to Trine 2, that should be the reason. You can buy a upgrade if you already own Trine 2.

My old Trine 2 gift got upgraded to this? Or something...

So if you have the "old" Trine 2, you have to buy the Complete Story Upgrade in order to get the Goblin Menace and Darwven Caverns DLCs, right? At least I think is cheaper than it was buying the Globin Menace DLC alone, besides, I was already thinking about buying that DLC as soon as it went on sale this summer.

I have 2x Goblin Menace DLC in my inventory, which can't be bought anymore... I wonder if that now acts as an upgrade to the Complete Story.

80% off on store but the upgrade isn't discounted. Why.

I have a question. When I enter my Steam Store page for Trine 2 it says "You already own Trine 2: Complete Story" but I didn't have Goblin Menace before. I just had the base game. Even when I click "properties" and select "DLC" it says I don't have any. So how come they granted me the "Complete Story" version of the game?

To get the complete edition of Trine 2 I need to buy Trine 2: Complete Story and Trine 2: Soundtracks & Artbooks, right?

So basically:

• They renamed Trine 2 to "Trine 2 Complete Story"

• They renamed the Goblin Menace DLC to "Complete Story Upgrade"

• If you already owned Trine 2, you now own "Trine 2 Complete Story", but not the "Complete Story Upgrade" (so no Goblin Menace for you unless you pay extra)

• Existing Goblin Menace DLCs in Steam inventories now act as "Complete Story Upgrades"

• They renamed the Collector's Edition to "Trine 2: Soundtracks & Artbooks"

• The actual "Complete Story" update is just the Dwarven Caverns stuff from consoles and probably some other shit

haha, those little fuckers. I "own" trine 2 complete story (even tough I don't have any DLC activated, so basically I don't own the complete story) I tried to purchase a 3 pack so I could use 1 for my account, and 2 to giveaway here, yet, I can't even purchase them as a gift! But, if I try to purchase a single copy, I can purchase as a gift. And If I try to buy the "Upgrade" (Fancy word for DLC) which doesn't have any kind of discount, I can both purchase as a gift, AND for myself.

Well, fuck them with their "upgrades" and their cheap ass sales. I that already own a copy, and want to buy it AGAIN, am different from those who don't have a copy? Do I have to pay 4.50€ for an "upgrade"? No sir.

I don't get it. So if I buy trine 2: complete story now, do I get goblin menace too or...?

So thats more like Trine 2: Uncomplete Story becoz it missin DLC wich shud be purchased as Trine 2: Complete Story Upgrade

Its an awesome game, its well worth at this price.

bolshet, upgrade is much more expensive than rebuying the whole thing.

They really need to get that upgrade discounted...

Also I'm assuming the soundtrack+artbook is not part of the complete story?

Last time I got Trine 2 on a sale... but not the DLC. Now I'm screwed. I think I'll wait until the upgrade is discounted - and if it won't be, then I won't buy any Trine game in the future.
