my room ended yesterday and the discount at the steam store ended on the 16th, the winner's SG account was not online since 6 days ago and when I contacted him through his steam account there was no response, he locked the comment column on his steam profile, so I tried to write in the game ScreenShoot him

Also don't think you can re-roll within 7 days of the giveaway ending unless the winner accepts that and you have proof of it (usually the winner then writes it in the giveaway itself)
Meaning you have to wait for the 7 days, ask for a re-roll and add proof of that you tried to contact then and then you wait for a moderator to re-roll it for you.

Winners have 7 days to respond and activate a gift. You will not be granted a re-roll before that time, even if the winner is not responding to you. Even if you do get a re-roll you could have to wait up to 7 days for the next winner to activate the game.
The real lesson here, is buy a key for the game you wish to giveaway, and don't gift directly from Steam - especially during a sale.

So just one more day to wait, then I think 😄. Btw i send the key, but they said we can't activate. So i "unsend" it. Does that matter for the system at all or not? 😊

It does, because now you can no longer be sure that the key is still valid. In theory, your key could be used now. Based on that uncertainty, I got denied rerolls in the past in a similar situation. Only solution then was to delete the giveaway with winners permission.

Also, if the winner contacts you after the 16th, you can simply apologize, explain what happened and ask the winner to mark the giveaway as "Not received". I do not think this will create problems for you in the future. I hope not, because I have had to tell a a winner to do that for one of my giveaways.
If 7 days pass and the winner does not contact you, I THINK you can ask that the contest be deleted because the key is no longer available? Someone more knowledgeable than me can confirm or "debunk" that?
