You know we all have at least one. That ONE game we never uninstall. Never trade in. Never lend out.
That ONE game you go to when you can't decide what you want to play. The one you just keep going back to no matter how many games you have in your backlog.

For me, it's Fallout 4. No idea why. I just LOVE exploring the world. I STILL find things I haven't seen.

Well, that and I still have to see the Institute ending. I only saw the one with the Brotherhood as my allies.

So, what's your 'Go To' game?

Count me as another one in for Elder Scrolls Online. I've played MMOs before, but I've never subscribed until now; it's just so good at scratching itches.

At other times it would have been Defense Grid, Half-Life 2, or Thief: The Dark Project. Or one of the Civs.

Paradox titles, particularly Europa Universalis 4. Right now I have EU4, CK2, Stellairs, Victoria 2 & Hearts of Iron 4 installed. And I probably won't uninstall these until they get a sequel.

Single player, it's probably Skyrim. I don't know how many times I've beaten played it by this point and I still haven't seen all of it.

From multiplayer games, definitely Path of Exile. I just always come back to it eventually.

GTA: Vice City.
Any console that I have that is compatible with it I have owned it on, from PS2 and Xbox to PC and PS4.
Nothing beats cruising near Miami Beach mowing down pedestrians while listening to KCHAT or VCPR.

Huh, I actually don't think I have one of these. I run everything on a netbook without a lot of space, so I got used to picking a game, playing it through to completion, then uninstalling it and swapping it for the next one. It's rare for me to even replay something.

Those I have returned to tend to be all-time console favourites like Zelda or ICO, but that's spread out over years.
