The game? Gridiron Solitaire. It's a game based on American football that uses a card matching game as the game mechanic.
That's being pretty simplistic though. There's much more to this game than first meets the eye. I urge everyone to do a little bit more research on this game than just glancing at the store page before deciding whether or not to enter.
I'll even make it easy for you. There are a lot of results there, some reviews and even the developer's personal blog where he talks a lot about the creation process he went through (starting somewhere around April 2012 and up to last/this week). Or simply read through the Steam forums a bit.
If you're still interested (or just skipped all that stuff), here. There is a CV requirement, but a very very tiny one.
