Cooking Championship Demo

The game is not really my type but it sounds & looks really good.
One thing I did notice, and found odd was, that there are no NPCs at all. All the videos and pics just show empty levels. Not sure if that's just a weird coincidence or that's how the game is. But if I were to play this game, I would love there to be some NPCs around, normal people to make the level more alive and maybe even taste what we create, or maybe just other participants.

Anyway, congrats on completing this wonderful project and all the best for the launch. I know a little about game dev and it sure is not easy.

Four trailers and not one single image of any cooking being done. I guess I'll have to wait on actual gameplay to see just how "realistic" it is.

Who's the chef? (nvm, I saw the recipe in game, you meant a cook, not an actual chef, my bad)

Edit to add: played the demo for a bit. You can't really have "realistic" in front of cooking when you have that level of knife skill in the game.
Feels like you're cutting things while trying to hold your knife with boxing gloves. Knife skills are a big part of pro cooking.
Most of the gameplay feels too clunky to be realistic anyway. You have to run around like a headless pigeon to get your ingredients and utensils one by one for some reason, like you can't grab several things or you have one hand tied around your back.

It feels like Cooking Mama with 3D graphics. That's hardly realistic.

Anyway I'll pass but good luck to you, I'm sure there will be people who will enjoy the game.
