Anyone know if Mortal Kombat Kollection will work after GFWL shuts down?

For the price with the rest of those games it's worth it for nostalgia factor with or without online multiplayer, if you have fond memories of the originals. I put so many quarters into those arcade machines I probably could have bought those machines :)

Well, for the status of the other GFWL games I occasionally check this article. Yes, it is four months old but the list gets updated regularly.
For the Mortal Kombat Arcade Kollection it seems like Warner Bros still haven't commented on the issue, but their other games have ditched GFWL and introduced steamworks so far, so I wouldn't lose hope that they are going to do the same for this game.

U can play it in SinglePlayer-Mode vs. AI ^^ Just create an offline-gfwl-profile ^^
