What you are looking for describes the Steamgifts GA creator pretty well.
The script needs a little changing now cause of the https pages; you can read more about it here: How to create a Giveaways Table/Chart in a few clicks

Hi there. I do have a long list of keys with game names (mostly collected from the different user pages of Humble, Indiegala, BundleStars, Amazon, DIG, etc.). Until now once in a while I generated some giveaways from this (still growing) list. However, it would be much easier if there was a tool that automatically fills out the giveaway creation form. It could be fed by a subset list (e.g., a filtered list of the games I want to give away) and maybe some directions like level or groups - but the latter could also be just copied from an existing giveaway or from the first giveaway in a row. Maybe even an AutoIt-script would work.
Is there a tool that would accomplish this? Any hints? I checked some of the tools mentioned here but most seem to just help to enter the lower half of the form, but the game and key still have to be copied by hand.
The reason behind this is that I always double check keys and games I give away, but c&p still sometimes leaves me with a key from the wrong line (e.g., if the copy did not work and I still have the key from the line before in the paste buffer), which would result in an incorrect game. Most of the times this happened I realized before finishing by thoroughly checking, but twice already a wrong key got through and I had to fix the problem by giving the correct key to the winner (having to buy it full price at Steam) and of course lost the first key, too. And furthermore, it would be much quicker than doing it manually.
Ah yes, and have a giveaway for taking your time, created manually, that's guaranteed. :)
